Who Is Tor?
After suffering from anxiety during his teenage years, Tor spent thousands of hours studying self-help books, articles, videos and techniques. He began public speaking at the age of 19, and delivered his first live professional talk to an audience of 500 agencies at Google at 21.
Today, Tor helps young people who are just starting their career (students, graduates, entrepreneurs) understand how to create an aim for their career and teaches the mind-hacking techniques they can apply to achieve their goals.
Tor has also launched 2 businesses, been a School Governor and and worked on a youth mental health study with The British Youth Council. He has also been featured on TRT World News for his work.

Tor has spoken at Barclays, Google, TechHub London and a number of Universities including Imperial College London, Bath University, Trinity College Dublin and more.

Having conducted a youth mental health study with The British Youth Council in 2018, Tor found that depression rates among 16 to 25-year-olds were at an all-time high.
